Hey guys! I just acquired the DLC, and have just found the spell. I was really excited at first, because I had read about it, and even though the damage people were getting wasn't great (around 350ish), it was something I could have fun with in PvE. Whelp, it does 118 damage for me. And there's no Frostbite build-up whatsoever. None at all!

Did they nerf the spell? Is my game bugged?

I'm a level 156 Sorceress. I have 60 Attunement, 60 Int, 38 Faith, 12 Luck (in case that helps...). I use a 10 Court Sorcerer's Staff, a Scholar's Candlestick and a Crown of Dusk. My rings are the Young Dragon Ring, the Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring, the Magic Clutch Ring and the 2 Sage Ring.

Anybody got some intel as to why my Snap Freeze causes so little damage compared to the tests made by this guy?
