Sorry for making a third post here about my lag issues but I can 't seem to fix it and it's EXTREMELY frustrating having <40FPS whilst in PvP.

I have an i7 2600 @ 3.4GHz

R9 390 (in the crimson settings maxed out the clock speed andmax power use)

8GB of RAM

Windows 10 64-bit

Latest AMD drivers

I keep having these weird lags EVERYWHERE in the game where my game will just drop to <40 and it rarely recovers from it. My CPU usage is barely 50% when playing this game, and the GPU usage is at 100% all the time, I think (I can't really monitor it properly).

My game should easily be able to max out the game at 60fps, as I've seen others do this as well with the same GPU. Does ANYONE know how I can fix these lag issues? They persist throughout the entire game, and it doesn't matter at what settings I put the game. Low/max it's all the same. If this can't be resolved I'm just going to quit PvP alltogether, it's just no fun like this...
