Serious performance issues (R9 390)

Hey guys,

I'm having HORRIBLE performance issues, I'm currently at Archdragon Peak and I'm averaging at about 30-35FPS, and it frequently dips to <30. I had the same kind of lag at Irithyll of the Boreal Valley, but that averaged about 10FPS higher. This is horribly sub-par for an R9 390, so I'm wondering what's causing these lags.

System specs:

i7 2600 @ 3.4GHz
8GB RAM
MSI R9 390 8GB
Windows 10 64-bit

I'm using the latest catalyst beta drivers, and the game runs on max settings, motion blur off @ 1080p Does anyone know what might be causing these performance issues?
