Am I under leveled for O&S

I unknowingly walked into O&Ss arena just now and got totally wrecked. I always look up if im under level for bosses and it said somewhere you should be between 50-60. I’ve literally been in Anor Londo for less than a hour so I didnt expect another boss fight so quick.
