I'd love to play something where I get encouraged to smoke (and also drink and do drugs) heavily while pregnant. You could be a relative, the father, even my doctor. This could be a world where all pregnant women are like this, or just us. We could go dark with the harm, ignore it, or even have it cause fun side effects instead.
