Problems accessing Empire?

So the last 3 days I havent beem able to connect. I get this:
Onionsite Not Found
The most likely cause is that the onionsite is offline. Contact the onionsite administrator.
Details: 0xF0 — The requested onion service descriptor can't be found on the hashring and therefore the service is not reachable by the client.
Any idea on how to fix this? I have been trying all "Online" links on Darknet Stats for Empire Market
and get the same result. re-loaded Tor and same effect. any idea whats going on and how to fix it?
I'd just really like a reliable way of accessing the site when its clearly up and working.
