PGP wont decrypt my messages

So I just learned how to use pgp and I've sent my first message. I received a reply message and it says that "no encrypted data with known secret key found in stream" i tried to decrypt my own message and it says the same thing.

So the next day I updated my keys and encrypted a message and signed it as well ...the other times I did not. I was able to read the message.

Today's its being funny again. I was practicing with my friend yesterday everything was working fine and now its not working.

Can anybody give me any insight because I'm back to square one again.
