How do you restart a battle/dungeon (I'm not salty about defeat, problem with mods)

Because of the interaction between a trinket that summons a buffing skeleton on enemy's side when you kill an enemy and a riposte I'm stuck in a battle where everytime I load the game it starts with enemy turn and the enemy kills himself on a riposte, breaking the game. Is there any way to stop this? I literally can't use my safefile because of this
