(PS4) Options menu event bug/glitch

Hi guys, I guess this is something that has already been discussed, but I cannot find any proper post treating it. Long story short: in the options menu, I cannot scroll down in order to change the frequency of events. Anybody knows any trick to do it? Before I could not scroll down even the roster of the party, but after closing and re-opening the game that aspect got fixed. Thanks in advance.
