Bug against the adepts?

Hi guys,
very often in the fights against the adepts (I don't know if this is their name too in english, otherwise I hope you catch which enemies I'm referring to) it happens that I can't target some enemies like if they are with stealth token, although they aren't.
Am i missing something here or is it a common bug?
