Post Body

Some of you may have seen a few of my posts already; I’ve been posting a lot about the mods I’m making for DD2, mostly shameless plugging and asking for feedback. But today, I actually haven’t even finished anything yet.

Instead, I have a question: would you be interested in seeing several small posts(or maybe one huge post) with high level data (big picture/not fully coded yet) for some of my upcoming mods? This would allow you to give feedback on them so that I can then take that feedback into account in order to release the best product that I can, rather than releasing a potentially mediocre product and then improving on it later.

I have some high level data for an Abomination, Arbalest, Hound Master, Crusader, & Shield Breaker class mod, a couple original class mods, as well as several new enemies, and even a new biome. It should be noted that some of this, especially the new biome, is VERY general; for the new biome, I only have an enemy faction idea in mind, for example. The Abomination and new enemies have the most stuff; Abomination is actually half done already, and the enemies have full move sets planned out that I just need to code in.

Essentially, I’m just wanting to see if the general DD2 Reddit player base has any ideas for how to improve these things, what to add, what to remove, and if some things could be combined.

I could see it going well but I could also see it going not so well, so that’s the main purpose of this post, to see if anyone is interested or if they just wanna wait for the finished products.
