Went to Munich for Oktoberfest and decided after a day of celebrating at the festival, I needed to loosen up my dress on the way home. I was then dared to flash outside the train station. Added a moon shot too. Swipe through to see the progression! I can't wait to go back. Maybe next time I'll have to recreate these pics but inside the crowded festival grounds if I can work up the courage! It's not necessarily a Halloween costume, but it is sort of a costume in general, so I'm submitting it to the monthly challenge!
