There are websites that allow you to schedule Reddit posts so they automatically get posted at whatever time you choose. You can change the titles for each pic if you’re choosing to post the same pic, but I’m sure a lot of people are lazy and just leave the same title for all their posts of the same pic.
I know this because I used to use those scheduling tools to schedule my posts during times when I was sleeping or busy. Never spammed with the same pic and title though lol
