CH1 "Psycho-Eater-Face", Deadly Life, START:

We see Monika indicating Muffet to get out of the kitchen and go get sone people whilst the BDA plays in the background and then we see Yuri shaking due to the body before Monika tells her that she gets she's scared but everyone's help is needed if they are to get through the class trial so they've gotta start investigating and Yuri just nods while she has a slippage of sanity which helps her focus on the investigation as she nods at Monika and the two start investigating.

The truth bullets in the kitchen found are: -Bloodied baseball bat which was behind Susie and looks to be the murder weapon -The BDA which clears them both and Muffet -Some black hair in the trash can -What seems to be a "Z" written in blood behind the trash can

After Muffet arrives with the rest we see Monika and Yuri going around asking for alibis and whilst getting them we see Bayonetta trying once again to tick off Yuri so she stops being timid before realizing that she isn't being timid right now and nodding as she is the first to give alibis: -Bayonetta was spending her time with Zagreus as the former was teaching the latter on how to use guns and the latter doing the same by teaching her to fight better with the weapons she had at her possibility which seemingly cleares them till Zagreus and Bayonetta inform them that they separated around 30 minutes before the time of the death at 3PM -Sara and Joe were together in the beach playing soccer so that rules them out since neither of them had a way to make it to the kitchen, kill and return -Raz saying that he saw Susie around an hour ago before the crime unconscious on the floor and tried dragging her before asking Zagreus for help and he left her there with him as he ran to get some bandages but couldn't find any
-Zag instantly arguing that that wasn't true and that he never was there which only made him more suspicious since it was his word vs Raz's and this makes em both look suspicious -We see Pit and Dimentio testifying to be together...or moreso the former vigilating the latter so he didn't do anything and Luigi confirming it since he saw them both together passing by while he was walking to his room and before anyone can say anything about him Stella and Cilan can back him up and they do -Finally on the last batch of the alibis, Sora confirms being with Fran Bow via her saying that he taught her how to fly and when the two irk their heads Sora clarifies Aero habilitating people to fly and finally we get Muffet's alibi which is her seeing Bayonetta going nearby the kitchen 10 minutes before the crime happened.

After this, Yuri and Monika barely have time to find out a paper with some annotations of their conversation with Susie and the phrase "Face-Eater" and it saying "i have to stop her" before Monokuma calls them to trial and as they go descending Monika asks Yuri how she's doing and she returns to normality saying that she's scared of what will happen and then returns to her insanity to say that she won't let any harm come to Monika and Monika tells her to just not overdo herself and if she needs a break she can take it that Monika will deal with it.

Getting on with the trial, we see prior to it your average monologue of a DR protag sans for it having yellow and red text for sane and insane Yuri as we see the pre trial portraits which go from left to right in the next order: Pit, Dimentio, Sora, Stella, Sara, Cilan, Monika, Bayonetta, Fran Bow, Luigi, Yuri, Rasputin, Susie, Joe, Muffet, Zagreus

Moving on with the trial, right away we go with the alibis after the rules of the BDA are explained which leaves us with 3 possible suspects due to the alibi of Muffet, the black hair and the "Z" in Zag, Raz and Bayonetta. First off Bayonetta is sussed since people go around saying that no one saw her prior to 10 minutes sans Muffet and that was when she entered the kitchen and then no one saw her leave and while this seemingly makes sense, Bayonetta does mention Witch Time allows her to stop time and dodge stuff but she could not use it for long periods of time but rather a few seconds so she would have run into someone alongside the fact that considering she has her guns and foot guns why would she kill with the murder weapon?. Then we get the black hair pointed out which signalls to all 3 of the suspects but Bayonetta is already discarded plus the fact that Raz and Zag had that mini discussion during investigation which was word vs word of Zag possibly killing Susie after Raz left for some bandages or Raz lying through his teeth and Zag never being around at all. This is when the paper found near the end of investigation comes into play since whoever had written the conversation between Yuri, Monika and Susie had to have been listening to them and since Bayonetta is cleared and Zag would not do that considering he's a bit of a loner and is tall so hiding wouldn't have been an option, that leaves only one option which makes everyone flinch sans for Dimentio...Raz. Normally this makes Raz go ballistic saying that he wouldn't have been able to kill Susie but rather it would have been the other way around if it had happened the attack on her and then Monika and Dimentio cruelly point out that while the Z could have been a dying message, actually it couldn't have been the Z of Zag but rather the Z of Ra-z and adding on the black hair behind the trash can it would have made 100% sense that Raz tried to frame people to which Raz says that let's say he did it, why would he?. The note literally says the killer killed to stop them so why would they be trying to win the class trial and then Yuri almost loses her footing when she realizes why Raz would have tried to get away with it even if he killed to protect everyone from Susie...he did read her mind on the 1st day so what would have stopped him from doing that to Susie on the crime scene, determining she was evil via seeing the face-eater threat in her memories and then kill her and when an AA with Rasputin asks as the final question on why he would have wanted to escape and how he could have killed Susie and why the bat was bloodied, the answers would be: -Due to his fear of the water surrounding the island -Via stopping her brain because if he could get inside the head of people he could perfectly do a lot of other things like that if necessary -To disguise the true cause of death and since the bat wasn't that heavy, he could have used it to crack the back of the head of Susie and then drop it and leave unnoticed because just like how he listened in, Raz is amongst the shortest in the cast and could easily have slipped away. Afterwards, we see everyone voting with sadness sans Dimentio who lacks emotion sense and Yuri internally apologizing to Raz for doingnthis to someone who had to work so hard to be a part of a team only for her to take it away from him.

After the verdict is announced as correct, Raz who is in panic barely can agree with Yuri that he originally intended to kill with good intentions before his fear of water took over and to avoid being executed in water he tried to win the class trial and that while he feels bad... "crying I HAD NO CHOICE!. I-i didn't, i didn't wanna die!. I wanted to save the day but i only caused more harm than good by getting involved like i always do. My dad was right, psychics are---"

Yuri and Stella hug the poor kid and then tell him to not think like that ever again because his hands were not made to hurt but to save people and it was the killing game that ended up mixing those two concepts and the mastermind's fault for creating it and then Raz weeps one more time before the Mono of the game says

"Damn talk about waterworks, talking about that, guess what time it is?"

Yuri: "Don't---!"

Stella: "No!"

Mono: LET'S GIVE IT EVERYTHING WE'VE GOT, IIIIIIIIT'S PUNISHMENT TIIIIIIIME!

Raz: Yuri, Stella...help...me!

We see the "Game Over" thingy as the Mono drags Raz to the right side of the screen and below it says "Razputin has been found guilty, time for the execution!"

(Credits for the execution go to Flora) The execution is recreating the big platforming section of the Meat Circus level with two differences. The first is just the weird mental world version of Raz's dad isn't here. But the second is... a little cruel. What we had a Kirumi moment where Raz makes it to the end, but the final platform is like a trapdoor of sorts or something? And since in that section the room is filling with water, Raz would immediately fall down and drown thanks to the creepy hand of death. That said, something notorious is how Stella and Yuri have to be held back so that they don't jump in to save the poor kid and when the execution is over the last two ones for the camera to focus on for reactions are Stella and Yuri and while Stella is crying...Yuri is INCENSED and she tries to lunge at the Mono before getting taken down and as she slowly stops struggling she starts crying too for the fate for of Raz.

Finally, the chapter ends with everyone leaving the room to go their separate ways and when Yuri is all alone, she cries real badly and self loathes herself for being useless on anything but sending a child who had their best interests in mind and got nervous of death by phobia and she basically then goes to sleep like that while saying "Susie....Raz...i am sorry for being so useless. Someone else should be here instead of me."
