Chapter 4 "Forced to Kill":

The chapter itself starts with Spongebob now at least recovered from Sandy's death and being his usual self trying to lift the mood of everyone and he gets a 50% success since Patrick as always manages to be happy (albeit not as happy as back on CH1), Barnacle Boy is determined already because he feels like he has to be the leader of the group and Larry gets pumped up by Spongebob's words of basically saying that without Pearl, Plankton and Karen aren't THAT dangerous and thus won't be able to get anyone to kill alongside Fred being pumped up just because of his hero training sessions with Spongebob, BB and Patrick. However, as per Karen and Plankton who are offended by what Spongebob just said and Dirty Bubble and Squidward who say "ok, they are not a threat, but it's not like we can't decide to kill without them interfering, after all look at Bubble Bass killing Mr Krabs." and then these 4 leave (alongside Larry since he and Squidward have to keep Karen and Plankton vigilated) the Krusty Krab. After that, we move on to see first what it is the main event of Day 1: After a nasty fall while fighting with Patrick, Fred just gets up and albeit everyone notices he kinda fell bad on his left legn Fred quickly dismisses it and continues the training and that injury gets worse and worse till he falls again and this time he can't get up. That said, even after BB, Patrick and Spongebob carry him to the hospital of the city, Fred still says that his leg hurts and when asked by those three he just answers "I don't want to be known as the "ow my leg" dude anymore. I want to be like you three who are heroes who have saved the day". Fred then tries to get up but falls again onto his bed pushed by Barnacle Boy who tells him to rest because being a hero is great and all, but heroes gotta take breaks to recover and come back even stronger. Afterwards, Patrick, Spongebob and BB leave as Fred just lays on the bed with frustration because it seems like even if he wants to be a hero, he can't stop tumbling with the "ow my leg" stigma and that frustrates him a lot!.

Now we move onto Night of Day 1 which is kind of where the evil trio reunite as per usual and they basically talk amongst themselves about Karen's plan and then they say that albeit a bit hard compared to the other plans, it shall work.

Day 2's main event is about Larry and Squidward conversating with Karen and Plankton (or moreso Karen in this case): the conversation start with Karen offering Squidward to join them to take out Spongebob since he hates him and Squidward refusing not because he doesn't hate the sponge but because if he allied with them then they would turn on him like they did with Fred back on the first case and he's smarter than that so no thanks. Afterwards, we see Karen asking Larry how can he put up with someone who believes he has talent and is kind of an ass towards everyone about it and Larry responds that if there is something he respects is passion!. And passion is something Squidward has for making music with his clarinet!. Yes, he might not have the best attitude about it like him, but he still has passion and he can respect that since where he trains at in the gym, you have to have passion to train and get very muscular. Karen then snides in a "Of course you'd think about that musclehead" which makes Larry almost go after her but get stopped by Squidward who tells him to chill, that she's trying to rail him up so she and Plankton can escape when he's down. This impresses Karen who claps at Squidward calling out her idea totally correctly and then once again says "darn, if only i had convinced you to join our side me and Plankton would have been unstoppable" and Squidward answers "welcome to my world where nothing goes your way when you need it" and the conversation ends there.

Day 3 is where, as always, tjings turn south. This time what happens is that Dirty Bubble "accidentally" (not accidentally at all) trips Fred who is using a crutch to walk since his left leg isn't recovered just yet and makes him fall face first and while he's down, Dirty Bubble quickly puts a shock collar around his neck and then retreats as he says the next words "Ladies and gentleman i present to you the motive to kill!: Basically you know our peer Fred here?. Well if someone doesn't kill in 24 hours. I'LL KILL HIM with this shock collar and even if that makes me be the blackened at the trial, i do not care since i'd get to show that you all are filthy on the inside and care about only yourselves!. The choice is yours, will you sacrifice two people to ler Fred live, or sacrifice him to get rid of me?. See you tomorrow y'all HAHAHAHAHAH". Afterwards DB leaves and as everyone is just shocked by it, Fred gets up without any help and just says "goddamit why can't i do a damn thing right. Now once again because of me someone is gonna die and get executed!" and leaves while crying albeit not before saying one thing "Please everyone, promise me you won't kill. If anyone deserves to die is me, after all, it's best to lose plain old me because at least i'll get to say i took down a villain and in my death be known as something else than plain old me: A hero.". Afterwards, he leaves everyone quickly goes leaving the Krusty Krab because they wanna be alone to process just what the hell happened.

Fast forwarding to night time of Day 3 (since literally everyone is sad to do anything due to Fred's situation): We see a POV of someone entering by force Dirty Bubble's house and attempting to kill him only for DB to activate the shock collar and then kick them out of his house saying "You ain't getting the jump on me Fred, not while i have the shock controller!". Afterwards, Fred leaves draggimg his feet with the crutches as DB laughs since he's sure his plan will work.

On another POV we see two pepple conversating and discussing about it with one saying "we HAVE to do this i can't let Fred die. It isn't right!" and the other just shrugging their shoulders and saying "If that is what you want, then i will help you since literally no one else has the guts to do the right thing."

Day 3, morning:

*We see a BDA announcement going up before DB can kill Fred and everyone running as Fred just drops to his knees and cries because even when used as a way to kill, he can't be a hero but just a weapon to kill people. Moving onto with the rest of the cast we see them arriving to where Plankton, Karen and Barnacle Boy are and there they see......LARRY'S ELECTROCUTED BODY on a pool that had a computer thrown on it!.

The trial itself goes at first with Karen and Plankton being sussed since they were the ones to talk with Squidward and Larry the most ever since the third trial however this quickly gets proven wrong by Squidward who says that Karen was just talking snd trying to convince him to join the evil side or whatever. Then the next suspect is Fred after DB explains that he tried to kill him and Fred explains that he did it to save the problem to everyone since if he killed DB he'd have saved everyone from this situation and then he'd have confessed right away that he did it so he's the only one that gets executed since this is the second time his plain self gets used in a murder plan and that the only way at this point to repay it would have been to die to protect everyone else. After this, which silences everyone including the villains, the trial moves on with Barnacle Boy being suspected as the blackened because he was close to him and being the hero he is, he'd gladly have sacrificed Larry and his own life to save him. That said, this gets shot down instantly by Fred who explains that he had gone to a house because of his crutches problems that being BB's house and he found him there and he let him stay the night so he can't be the culprit. This brings the class trial to a stalemate before Plankton suggests to everyone to think who could have done it, who'd sacrifice their lives to save Fred....and this is when Spongebob has an really bad thought since with BB out of the way he knows one person who could have done it: Squidward. He says so and when Squidward tries to defend himself, he brings up the time he almost got Spongebob killed back before the killing game started and how he was feeling really bad about it which shows that if he causes someone to be put at risk he'll try anytjing to save them or be with them in their final moments. Then Patrick buts in saying that if they go by that criteria then he's a suspect too since he'd kill to save his friends and Spongebob sjuts it down by saying that he inspected his house and saw no computer there so he couldn't have killed Larry by electrocution. After this, Squidward tries to say that anyone with a computer could have done it but Spongebob then brings up that when he was investigating house by house he discovered something odd, where BB's computer should have been there was nothing and where "Squidward's computer" was there was water which meant that during the investigation when everyone left to go to see the bodies, Squidward took advantage and swapped the computer from place but since he had water on his hands he left some water where the computer was!. And when Squidward tries to refute this saying there was not enough time, DB comes in and says that he---he helped Squidward do the swap by storing BB's computer inside him and carry it to Squidward's house where Squidward placed it. After this, Squidward tries to say DB is lying but no one believes him as they are convinced he did it and Squidward just surrenders as the trial ends with a "DAMN YOU DIRTY BUBBLE!"

After the trial we get the explanation that Larry convinced him to kill because he couldn't let Fred die because of selfishness and decided to sacrifice himself and Squidward went along with it just because as much as he may hate to say it, he can care about people even if not on the most notorious way and he couldn't let someone innocent die to take out someone else. Afterwards, he grabs Fred by his face and tells him to look straight at him and tells him to not give up and that he'll get one day to be a hero and even if he dies for it, he's sure he'll get to be one. Afterwards, we see Squidward explaining that DB helped him once he realized he was the "filthy one" or whatever of the group and decided to help him with the trick which is why he didn't confess right away and fought for his innocence, because otherwise DB would throw him under the bus and kill Fred anyways. After this we see DB trying to kill Fred but not doing it because of the deals he made being fulfilled and him not being able to do a damn thing. Afterwards, Squidward regains his usual attitude and tells everyone "i know i shouldn't be saying this to you barnacles since Sandy already said it but don't kill anyone else and try to escape ending the killing game!'" and then Squidward gets dragged to his execution.

After being executed we see the chapter ending with everyone feeling determined to escape and Fred saying "we'll escape Squidward. I promise you"
