why did Billy need Rehab and Daisy didn't?

ok so nobody but Cam really talked about the first tour but as we know, Billy was doing drugs. We don't exactly know what he took (But Cocaine) and we don't know how much he took.
But Daisy was doing so much more than i think Billy did. Cocaine, not eating, smoking, drinking and the pills she was already taking its hard to jus see her "come down" after doing that for so long.
Maybe Billy did it longer than Daisy?
