So I'm trying to go dairy free for a month - I am doing this for my skin, not for veganism nor some specific (known) dairy allergy or intolerance (although I could have those potentially)
Oreos have no dairy containing ingredients in them. My understanding is therefore oreos WOULD be fine for vegans as they are not avoiding dairy but rather the intentional buying of animal products
And I suppose for someone with a severe dairy allergy they maybe also wouldn't need to avoid them?
But SO MANY of these foods have "many contain" labels, I feel like if I avoided them all I'd hardly be able to eat anything. And really what are the chances of there actually being dairy in, is it very miniscule and they're covering themselves. Or if there is dairy it's just negligible trace amounts
So if I'm avoiding dairy for this months for my skin, can I have Oreos? (i really want oreos lol)
