My hair is very fine and somewhere between wavy-straight, oily of course with dry ends and a delicate as hell scalp. I have tried so many shampoos now, cheap and expensive, dandruff shampoos, shampoo bars, sulfate and silicone free and regular old chemicals. My scalp itches when my hair is freshly washed and also when it's dirty and I don't know why or what to put on it. I have a shower filter which I think helps marginally but it hasn't made the problem go away. The shampoos I see coming up on this subreddit often are soooo expensive, particularly for washing long hair every day. Does anyone have recommendations that don't require taking out a loan?
