Dahlias are my favorite flower and I thought I'd give them a go this year. I got some tubers from the store, threw them in some dirt, and here we are. I noticed that my leaves started having these weird little holes in them. I've cut most of the affected leaves off. While cutting, I found a few caterpillars. Shooed them away, then dusted lightly with some diatomaceous earth. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
