Just tested COVID-positive and wife's like, "You can't isolate from US!"

Kind of a rant, but advice is welcome.

Woke up ill Sunday. Tested Monday PM for COVID, and got positive results this AM. Officially under doctor's orders to "quadrant". (I assume that's Autocorrect for quarantine.)

Wife wife won't let me isolate from her and two kids (5 yrs, and 20 mos). She says it's unfair to leave her alone to watch kids, my symptoms have already abated, and I've already exposed them all, so isolation is futile.

For context, youngest was sick Thu - Sun, and tested negative. Wife also tested negative. Youngest was basically glued to me all day Sat - Sun while wife was at work. (She was also under the weather, but not as bad.)

Five year old woke up relatively early, while I was trying to clean the office to stay there, and kept trying to come in and play with me. Doesn't understand why I could be with him when I was sick, but can't be with him now that I'm better.

Don't know how to balance not further exposing everybody against wife's impression that I'm just trying to unfairly stick her with the kids.
