My wife was asking her kids a list of questions to get interesting and funny answers such as how much does a house cost? My step son at 5 years old said 10 bucks, good stuff. So anyway she gets to the question who is the strongest person in the world? And without missing a beat he yells out my name.
I was in the other room with my first bio son keeping him asleep when I hard it and I got chocked up over it. It feels like a very child to dad answer and was what I thought with my dad when I was that age. So it feel like they really think of me as their father and just means a lot. Like I'm not getting everything wrong, just some stuff. They still get angry at me and I extremely frustrated with them and we still love each other and I will do everything for them.
