Hi dads.

My 17 month old really doesn't like drinking water from his cup. A couple of months ago he loved it, but now he's gotten bored of it so doesn't drink water and the most fluids he gets is in the morning and evening where he has cows milk (before bed and when he wakes up), he rarely wakes in the middle of the night but if he does, he'd have milk then too. He is not formula fed and eating semi-solids(12 month old baby food) and adult food. Now he's not drinking, he's getting dehydrated and constipated and really struggles to poo and it's really hard. Does anyone have any ideas about how to get him to drink more water? I was thinking lactulose (a stool softener) but that works by drawing more water into the gut but he's not drinking enough as is, I don't want to dehydrated him even more
