Baby monitor recommendations?

Finally remodeling our house so my family of 5 can live a little more comfortable. Moving my 2 year old and 4 year old into their own rooms. They’ll be on a separate floor from us and I want to see what y’all recommend for a monitor. We were using one that’s probably considered ancient in baby terms (9 years old) but it just crapped out about a month ago. I’ve heard of people moving away from traditional monitors and using like a ring camera. Let’s talk about it!
