Does anyone feel more lonely now that you're a dad?
Post Body

My daughter is 2 months old and it feels ...incredibly lonely. I mean, I enjoy the time I spend with her, but I think in part it's because I don't really have the opportunity to spend quality time with my partner anymore. We sleep in shifts to look after the baby and it just feels so isolating. It feels more like we're roommates more than partners anymore.

Does anyone else feel the same way? Does it get better?
