To start this off i have a long distance relationship building with my daughter ( long story. The short is i am not able to be available in her life physically atm) an on this particular night we were playing roblox. We play a game where you can make art with spray paint (Tittle of the game as well) . i caught in big bold letters F You but the whole thing spelled out. I wanted to ask if that was directed to me.

I wanted to react to it and punish her for that behavior but i stopped myself. I let it slip one time when crossing the road and some dill hole almost ran me over because being on the phone was more important. So i let out a hey watch what F you are doing a hole you almost hit me! I instantly realized what came out and explained that dad almost got hit by a car and thats why i cussed.

I am asking others here how i should handle it. I want to ask her if she is angery instead of scolding her about cussing. Maybe she has an underlying issue and because of being just 9 she has no way to express that.
