They say life begins at 40, and you know what? They might just be right. A little salt in the beard, or a lot in my case, a little extra warmth to hug, and a whole lot of confidence to back it up. The dadbod? It’s not just a body type—it’s a lifestyle, a statement, a well-aged blend of comfort and charisma.
Gone are the days of chasing impossible standards—this is the era of embracing who we are. Strong where it counts, soft where it matters, and absolutely owning every bit of it. Because confidence? That’s the real flex.
So here’s to good food, great company, and a body that tells a story. I’m stepping into 40 with a smirk, a swagger, and maybe—just maybe—a towel that hangs a little too low.
After all, why should the twenties have all the fun? 😘😉
