How do you balance your work life, time with your wife, your kid and home chores and hobbies? I've been working 60 hour weeks on 2nd shift and feel like I'm only weekend dad/husband. Then throw in home repairs and car upkeep and just feel like I'm letting my family down emotionally. And advice?
