1 and some change year old has been having hard time sleeping

New dad here and since the beginning of this week my son has been waking up every night around 2-3 screaming his head off he’s got most of his teeth so don’t think that’s the problem. This just started. Any tips or tricks to help him get back into his sleep schedule??? He goes to bed around 8:30 every night.
