I have been living in the Czech Republic (Ostrava) for a couple of months now and I found out that Dr.Otker dominates the confectionary/ bake mixes on store shelves and their brownie mix is just terrible in my opinion, tho their red velvet mix is ok.

I wanted to know if Brownies are a popular thing in other parts of the Czech Republic?

Do you like the brownie mixes that are currently on the market or do you avoid them like the plague? Are there any other brownie mixes that I can try to find and buy in stores?

If anyone has a brownie mix recipe they keep on hand for the "lazy days" could you please share it with me? I would love to try it out!
