Looking to buy my first CZ 75

Hello all, I'm looking to buy my first CZ 75 sometime this week, and since I am unable to find a SP-01, here are my local choices-

75B Omega
P-01
Czechmate (I can't afford this one)
Which one do you guys think would make the better first handgun? I'd prefer a full-sized pistol, but I can't ignore the P-01. Any help would be appreciated. (Edited for clarity)
