Getting the right medication can be such a long and hard process. If we have an eye appointment they check a couple things then we try out all the prescriptions right there with the doctor asking us âbetter or worseâ. And we instantly can tell whether things are brighter or more blurry.
With different medications, different combinations of those, different amountsâour âbetter or worseâ is weeks or months even before we can judge brighter or more blurry with any accuracy.
No-one with glasses ever says âoh here; mine are probably better than yours try them insteadâ. But I canât even count the number of people who told me if I just got on whatever they were on itâd âfixâ me.
And after finally getting glasses and seeing clear and bright and good; you never have people walking up to you and nicely explaining that your glasses are probably going to ruin your life as you know it. But it seems like that happens with cymbalta all the time.
And all the people on here who say it didnât work for them, so it canât work for you. Can you imagine someone trying on your specifically made for you prescription glasses; and telling you the glasses donât work because that person sees worse when they wear them???
