How long did it take for the positives of Cymbalta to outweigh the negativity of the side effects?

I started on 30 mg 3 days ago. I'm experiencing insomnia, increased thirst, sensitivity to light, diarrhea, and loss of appetite, but the worst is the fatigue. Thus far I do not feel any difference in my depression levels, and I feel exhausted and unmotivated to the point where I almost called out of work today because I just want to be in bed. When did the positive impact of Cymbalta start for you?
