Pls help me taper off it. 10 years already

I can’t seem to figure out how to taper off cymbalta. I’ve been using it for the last 10 years and I’m ready to stop. My life has gotten a lot better; great family around me. Circumstances are so different now compared to when I started using it in 2013. Pls someone help.
