I feel whenever i get myself in the right track in terms of exercise routine ,study schedule or social life it barely lasts. In which i have to go through the struggle of setting that all over again with the fact of lost time and bad progression in terms of classes i didn’t study or weight gained. Every time i try to “fix” things but it gets harder and harder,requiring more energy and willpower than before. Sometimes i wouldn’t be having either so id neglect myself for weeks and weeks on end till i can feel glimpse of energy or optimism to use them in change. Im so tired of that..i cant keep up with my mood always ruining any progress i make in life ..how do u guys deal with that?
