Do people around u label most of the things you do as just mood shifts that just wont last much.building any good habit will be seen as its just some elevated mood and would soon fade away so u hide the thing u do or just get disappointed and stop urself from doing it just not to be labeled . It really sucks that anything u do it looked at in a bad way and not being taked seriously.either its said directly to your face by blunt people or communicated in a hidden way by not showing any interest whatsoever.half of the time these thoughts of them happening again inhibits alot of great things i can be doing.not to mention when someone cross boundaries or do something that anger me it will be seen as being reactive,instead of apologizing for such acts.to put you in context i just started meds few days ago and things became more stable than before ,much,but im still wary that it might just be a hypomania so im gonna stay alert.and i dont want any of my past experiences afect me in my new journey.
