Brake type question (Liv Envie)

Hi folks,

I just bought a Liv Envie frame as it was cheap-ish. I already have a 105 5700 groupset laying around and figure I could build up a bike with that. It has only been an hour since my shipping notification and I already made a mistake in not noticing that the brakes might not be compatible.

My other bike has 1 screw to mount onto the frame while I see on the forks of the Envie, it has 2. I'm not sure of what phrase to google for that. Either way I'd also appreciate suggestions on budget options for the brakes I'm looking for.
