Saddle height
Post Body

My ultimate question is will 3-4mm make that much of a difference? Go online/YouTube etc there's so much information on bike fitting its dizzying. One method says drop my seat by 2 centimeters, another says 3-4mm. If I go by heal on pedal at the 6 o'clock position method I'm literally only off by 2-3mm IF that. Will this small amount make that much difference? I'm reading about a lot of injuries and overworking your quads with wrong saddle height.
