Di2 Weird Problem

I have Ultegra Di2 and a weird rare problem that's happened maybe 7 times over the past 525 miles. After climbing and shifting I'll be in 6 or 7 and once I reach the top of the climb it will suddenly shift all the way up to 11th. Its charged and indexed correctly.
