Bicycle to stationary with interactive fitness

My husband is very tall, so he had a bike custom made for him. I am not sure he’s been on it around town once, but he says he would ride if it weren’t so dangerous. So for Christmas, I’m looking for a good way to convert to a stationary bike, and also an interactive way for him to do workouts. Thank you for any insights!
