Tell Me about Your Panniers!

Hello Cyclists. I'm in the market for some new Panniers but I want to hear from as many of you as possible about which pannier your have, what you like about it, and what you don't like about it/ wish you could change about it.
I do a bit of bike packing and commuting and I usually like to take my panniers with me when I go somewhere, but mine are old, cheap and falling apart from use so it's time for an upgrade. Any input is appreciated!
