I found this cycling jersey at a Goodwill in Denver today and was hoping someone would be able to identify the autograph on it.
I assume it's a jersey from the US Postal Service team. All guesses are encouraged. I am new to the cycling world and really have no idea!
Thanks so much!

Edit: So apparently this is Lance Armstrong's signature. Best $3.99 I've spent at Goodwill yet.
I'm looking into services I could use to get this authenticated. I can't find anywhere in the Denver area so if anyone has suggestions for reputable mail services, I'd appreciate it!
Edit 2: While I have you all here- I bought a few other jerseys along with the signed one. I was wondering if this orange one is anything special or if it's just a cool team jersey: https://imgur.com/Yg0E4NF
It says "oaktown wheelmen" on the front and back and "in memory of comrade vlad" on the sleeve. I tried googling but didn't find anything immediately
