Hi everyone,
Last weekend I had the bright idea to complete a full century run without having rode a bicycle in 10~ years.
Yesterday, I set off yesterday around 5:30am on the Capital Trail, from Richmond -> Jamestown -> Richmond. It took me about 10 hours, including 2~ hours of breaks, but I got it done. 102.5 miles.
My weapon was a rented Fuji 4.0 LE. Only way to shift it from high-gear to low-gear was to actually kick the chain which made things quite difficult on the hill sections.
Was also 90 degrees with 80% humidity. Absolute hell, but, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. Never stop pushing yourselves.

What was your butt situation during after this? I think it would be very rare to be comfortable on a bike seat never touching one for 10 years.
