Will 1 times a week of 30 minutes be enough for indoor cycling as a beginner?

So I want to start exercising more now that i have my diet fairly healthy, I was wondering for a beginner im thinking on using my indoor bike more often but want to start of with 1 x a week 30 minutes work out would this be enough to slowly get in the habit for more training in future?
