Hi all,

Just reaching out. I’m new to campy though have used them on a bike once before.

Basically building up a bike at the moment and don’t want to spend a whole lot and kit it out with all the bells and whistles.

Was wondering do you think it’s worth buying an older second hand Super Record group set over a new chorus group set? The bike I’m building is a 2015 Argon 18 Gallium Pro with rim brakes.

I’ve seen a couple of super records and records for around $1000. The new chorus is about $2000 Australian dollars.

Any help would be appreciated.
