Hello everyone! So I've recently put on a bit of weight, and I'm trying to get into cycling to shed some unwanted poundage. I'm not fat or anything, just got a dad bod. And with a kid on the way, and high blood pressure and cholesterol on both sides of my family, its time I do my best to get healthy for the sake of my future family.
Is there any basic, starter equipment I should get to make my future in cycling more enjoyable? Such as equipment, devices, clothing etc? Any help is appreciated! Thanks everyone!
