Ordered, Paid, Scheduled Pickup….30 mins prior to pickup appointment.. TESLA needs to reschedule PICK-Up
Post Body

Received the email 3 days ago that it’s time to design my CyberBeast Foundation Series Truck. I accepted it, Designed it, Jumped through all of their hoops, financed it through Tesla. Tesla: “Sir, if you don’t pay your down payment for the truck within 24 hrs, we’ll have to allow the next person in line to purchase the truck & you lose out on your $1,995.00 $100 $1,100.00 money that you paid so far” I paid the additional down payment of $6,995.00 & was forced to set up my payments schedule directly with my bank account.

Then Provided my Auto Insurance & was told that I’d have to pick up the truck from the dealership now, even though I paid them the $1,995.00 delivery fee..and I don’t get that fee back..

I Scheduled a Pick-Up Date/Time, Tesla Confirmed 24 hrs before pick-up that they received everything & everything was ready to go. * Tesla Emailed Me stating that the Self driving isn’t available on my truck yet though, but once it is, I’ll have to download the update & they have no idea when that’ll be..I accepted anyway. Now, just 30 mins prior to finally picking it up, Tesla Dealership calls and says “There’s a recall on your Cyber Truck & we can’t release it to you today, but hopefully next week we’ll have some answers as to when….Me: “What’s the recall for?” Tesla Dealership: “We do not know, they do not tell us”… Me: “Well, I sold my truck this morning & now I don’t have a truck to drive” Tesla Dealership: “Hopefully we’ll have an answer for you sometime next week, have a great day sir”
