Despite all the changes such as removing the ramp and air compressor, this truck is still quite badass. I don’t have an early reservation, but I did plan on getting on, and my excitement only grew over time.

Unfortunately during the wait it was time to sell my car, and I bought a model Y thinking I could trade it in when the cyber truck came out. Unfortunately for me though I bought during peak COVID pricing, and now the car is worth way less for trade. Combined with the cybertruck pricing being 20k more than announced, there is just no way I can afford this truck.

However I am optimistic, if the price eventually goes down and I save up for several years maybe I can buy version 3.0 when the bugs are worked out.
