so long story short I downloaded a file that I shouldn't have a few hours ago and as expected it was malware, it got my Valorant account password compromised and the hacker changed the email associated with the game. I was able to retrieve my account easily and changed the password to a much more complex one but I have a few questions
1- How would he have been able to change my password if I had the 2FA enabled?
2- What are some free ways to ensure that malware is no longer on my PC?
