Kevlar made into other clothes

Post Body
While it doesn't say there's any extra cost, would you impose an extra cost for people making Kevlar armor into expensive style clothes? For example, kevlar armor made into a business suit only costs 50 eb compared to a suit jacket which is 500 eb (and could arguably also include the pants which is another 500 eb). Or do you keep it as 50eb and it is obviously armor that just happens to look like the clothes they're mimicking and therefore doesn't look 100% the part?
