I just finished my playthrough of the original story(haven't touched Phantom Liberty just yet) but why in tf is this story so sad? V literally doesn't have any options except to just accept his fate and perish whether it's in a virtual reality or living out his last days(6 months) on Earth. Genuinely one of the best games I've ever played. Played Starfield first and everyone said this game was significantly better and now I see why. Just wish the story ended better for V. I have heard there's an alternate ending for V in Phantom Liberty but I'll check back when I finally start/finish that expansion.

Update 10/1/2024: I just purchased Phantom Liberty a few days ago and I'm probably still early on in my journey but I'm having a blast. V still seems to be shit outta luck but this Songbird gal seems to think she can help which I doubt but I'll return once I complete the DLC! Wish me luck guys lol
